Seorin's skills scale with their HP stat and they specialize in the Water element. So, if you have several options for the best artifacts, choose ones that further buff the mentioned stat and element.

The best weapon for any hunter that isn't Sung Jinwoo will always be their exclusive weapon as these will provide exclusive bonuses and synergize well with the hunter's skills.

However, if you don't have their exclusive weapon yet, it's best to choose a weapon that with the relevant stats, fits their role, and has been leveled up.

• Pin Missile - When Seorin uses Frozen Spin, Ice Shard Magnum, or Glacier Spin it launches 2 missiles. When Seorin uses Polar Surge it launches 4 missiles. Each missile deals Water damage equal to 150% of Seorin's Max HP. Seorin deals weak Break damage When this skill hits it inflicts the Subzero on the target
• Subzero - Increases the target's Water damage taken by 1%. Duration: 30 Seconds, stacking up to 10 times.
✦ ✧ ✧ ✧ ✧ Frozen Spin now fires 4 missiles. When the user enters the stage, it activates the Overtake effect. When Seorin or an ally successfully puts an enemy in the Break state, it activates the Limited Break effect (Cooldown: 120 seconds). When the Limited Break effect is active, it resets the cooldown of all skills and restores the user's Core Gauge and Power Gauge by 100%.

Solo Leveling Arise - Gacha

You can obtain Seorin by pulling on the Gacha in the game. Click the ticket icon on the top right of your screen and trade your Essence Stones for Draw Tickets and use the ticket to pull on the banner that you want.

There are two types of banners: Rate Up Banner which boosts the rate up of a certain character featured and Custom Draw where you can choose which character or weapon you want to have a rate up.
