At this point in the game, Avaricious Vulcan is one of the most durable bosses that you will encounter. It is highly recommended that you use Water Element Weapons for Sung Jinwoo to take advantage of Avaricious Vulcan's weakness. If possible, the best weapons that you can equip are either Skadi or Thethis' Grimoire for maximum damage and additional Freeze effects.

If you do not have any of these, you can use your most powerful weapon, and make sure to level it up as much as possible to raise its base damage.

Use Break Skills and Runes

You need to Break this armor as quickly as possible to maximize your damage output. Equip multiple Break Skills and Runes (such as Crushing Blow and Multistrike) and focus on breaking his armor before using your other skills to save MP.

Defeat the Summons First

Throughout the fight, Avaricious Vulcan will sometimes spawn a couple of minions to attack you. Try to deal with them as fast as possible to avoid taking any unnecessary damage. You do not need to worry about the time limit, as it is more than enough to finish off the minions and Avaricious Vulcan.
