The Orbital 120mm HE Barrage is good for clearing out enemy swarms, and can also clear out Small and sometimes Medium Bug Nests. Perhaps the only downside to this stratagem is the fact that its drops are seemingly random, better used for densely populated areas.
How to Unlock Orbital 120mm HE Barrage
Available after Reaching Level 5
Orbital 120mm HE Barrage can be unlocked for purchase after reaching level 5. You can buy this Stratagem for 4000 Requisition Slips in the Ship Management console located inside your ship.
How to Use Orbital 120mm HE Barrage
Throw on to Enemies
The Orbital 120mm HE Barrage will bring down its devastating firepower at the location you signal it to after 5 Seconds of throwing it.
Note that although this type of Stratagem is easy to use, it is also quite easy to mess it up. Avoid throwing the signal close to you or any of your squad mates to prevent friendly fire.
