Outstanding Ability
2-piece: When the user has 70% or more of their MP, their damage dealt increases by 30%.
4-piece: The Damage Dealt Increase effect potency increases to 60% and this effect now triggers when the user is at 40% of more of their maximum MP.

Requires High Intelligence Stat

The Obsidian Set can be quite powerful, but the drawback is that you need to save your MP. If you built your Sung Jinwoo to have high intelligence, this increases your Maximum MP, allowing you to still use your abilities while gaining the benefit from this artifact.

Stats are Randomized

The stats for each Artifact pieces are random, meaning that you'll have to farm more piece if the one you've gotten doesn't give you the stats that you want.

If you have multiple copies of the same artifact, it is recommended to equip characters the artifact that have the relevant stats for those characters. For example if the artifact that you have focuses more on HP, then you should equip it to the Hunter that has HP as the main stat.
