Weapon Effect
Increases the user's Water damage by 2.5%. When the user places an Umbral Weapon exclusing those placed by using Retrieve, it activates the Assassination Ready effect. When Assassination Ready activates, it increases the damage of Retrieve equal to 10% per instance for 15 second(s) (stacking up to 3 times).
