More than a year after the release of Cyberpunk 2077, the game has finally been revived from the backlash it has received since its launch. Read on to learn more about Cyberpunk 2077's most controversial glitches, its latest bugs, and their fixes.
With the release of Patches 1.5 and 1.6, you'll be pleased to know that there are no longer game breaking bugs for Cyberpunk 2077. Although like most games, it's not entirely devoid of mistakes, so keep an eye out for minor bugs.

A bug has occurred for some players which prevents them from proceeding past the “Talk to Viktor” Objective. When talked to, players find themselves only able to ask “How's Biz?”.
Although we were not able to confirm this bug ourselves, players have reported being able to resolve the issue by saving and reloading the game. Be sure to try this first when you encounter this problem!
The Ripperdoc Quest Walkthrough
In the escape section of The Heist, the Leader of the Arasaka Guards will normally emerge from an elevator and attack the player. However, this bug will cause him to instead clip crazily through the walls and put up no resistance against the player.
Although this may seem advantageous, it may actually cause the defeated Leader to fall through the floor, making it impossible to receive his Access Chip and forcing the player to revert to a previous save.
Even in the following elevator scene with Jackie, the slain Leader's corpse may continue to occasionally fall through the ceiling into the floor.
One of the most common bugs in Cyberpunk 2077 is characters' mouths not moving. During in-game dialouge or even cutscenes, you are likely to see at least one character who is talking without moving their face. In the beginning of the game, this can often be seen with Jackie, since he is frequently speaking with V.
You may come across some NPCs that are locked in a T-pose. They will still be able to interact with you, but getting them to stop posing can be quite difficult.
During your playthrough of Cyberpunk 2077, you may notice many strange occurances with in-game textures. During our playthrough, some examples included V's knuckles being see-through, NPC models freezing, and characters appearing out of nowhere.
During some scenes in Cyberpunk 2077, you may have noticed weird moments when some characters have their gun clipped to some parts of their body. This ruins the immersion and emotional weight of some scenes.
As of patch 1.6, there are still cases of the Gun Clipping glitch although it shows up very rarely.
Perhaps one of the funniest glitches in the game, the Flying Car glitch was notorious specially during Cyberpunk 2077's launch. This includes the player's car, whether they're inside or not.
If you have played Cyberpunk 2077 during launch, you may have noticed cars driving through barriers, and only going in circles when in roundabouts. So watch out whenever you're walking on the pavements.

A number of players have encountered bug during The Beast in Me: Badlands side quest. It's where the player finishes first but the game recognizes Luigi Antonowicz as the winner of the race.
As of patch 1.6, this bug still happens often and there is no fix out yet. But you can avoid this bug by ignoring Luigi, doing so makes the game recognize V and Claire as the winners of the race.
Some players in PC may have noticed map glitches in their game. This is caused by NVIDIA's latest game ready driver update 522.25 last October 12, 2022.
Check out NVIDIA's Fix for this problem if you do not wish to roll back your driver.
If NVIDIA's fix is too complicated for you, you can try rolling back your driver by going to Device Manager > Display Adapters > Double click on your GPU > Drivers > Roll Back Driver.
After The Heist mission, you will awake as Johnny Silverhand. While playing as him, you will make your way to a helicopter and fly towards a tower. Your objective will be to take out the enemies on the roof, but the combat turrents will be invincible. If you experience this bug, you will be unable to move forward with the main story line.
You will also appear to not take any damage, making you stuck in the helicopter. It will continue to circle the roof until you take out all enemies, which is impossible. The bullet fire will appear to pass through the enemy turrets.
Based on our investigations after upgrading to Patch 1.05, this bug has been resolved!
Love Like Fire Quest Walkthrough
During Down on the Street, Takemura calls you but doesn't say anything. This could possibly hinder the player's progress in the main story as V is required to respond to Takemura's call.

Down on the Street Walkthrough and Rewards
At the end of the The Pickup, when you exit the building, you'll find that corpos surrounding the building. If Jackie is not outside with you and remains in the building, one of the corpos will block your way from accessing him, rendering the Talk to Jackie objective undoable.
A possible way to circumvent this is by not rushing out to talk to whoever is outside, waiting for Jackie to follow you. If he's in the doorway and is stuck there, it's possible to talk to him at a certain angle.
Based on our investigations after upgrading to Patch 1.05, this bug has been resolved!

During the mission where you meet with takemura and talk to Wakako, dialogue choices with takemura appeared. However, even after I finished it, they wouldn’t go away, and it hinders with my ability to just play overall
When doing the kerry eurodine romance he has his gutar permanently fixed to his hand during the romance scene, lol it was pretty funny tbh
You cannot drive in that area, pedestrian only, all the cars around there are trashed. Just walk to an area where the roads are usable again
the quest "blistering love" is bugged :( there is no car where i can get in and Rogue is just standing there while i cant interact with her and the guy next to her.. Thus i can not even meet Kerry :(((
I'm on PS4 Pro and some calls between Regina will actually have her randomly appear in the same area as yourself, especially after some Cyberpsycho missions.
Me-thrill clothing mod: equipping it removes the mod slot from the clothing entirely, ruining the gear.
Hi I'm on x box one s ,noticed a couple of minor glitches so far but nothing that affected the story, however since I visited the mall in Pacifica I have lost the ability call any of my vehicles, the icon is red I've noted other people have had the same issue and have reloaded I'm to a recent save to solve it , however this does nothing for me, so i either walk or steal cars. Does anyone know a 100 percent fix to get my own cars back, any help appreciated

I cannot get quick hacks from access terminals, datamine virtuoso perk does nothing to improve this situation. People everywhere say that the Ping quick hack from T-Bug in the mission "the Gift" could be the reason behind it. I can confirm that I have the Ping quick hack in my inventory and it does have an exclamation (!) mark on it.
Do CDPR see this? just curious Bugs: There will be items, both dropped and worlds generated, that cannot be picked up. Enemies spawning in between floors/underground Also,minor graphical issues thanks, CDPR is doing great to fix this, and we appreciate the dedication you put into this awesome game. People tend to forget the state The Witcher 3 was in when it first launch. cant wait to see what's next
Can’t progress the main story, never received a new main quest after completing Playing for Time, and neither Rogue or Evelyn are spawning in. Worst thing is, I went to the open world and forgot to drop down a save, so I’m level 30, 57 hours in, and the last save I have from before the glitch is from when I was level 7. Anybody else get this?
Reloading the game in a different part of the city and walking back over fixed this one for me.
I got the woman then went to the scrap yard but now I have a quest called spray paint that says talk to Brendan with a marker where he was, but he is gone now.......mission never closes........

So I've completed 2 of Kerry's 4 quests, but after "I don't want to hear it" nothing, I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to get a phone call a few hours later to start the next quest, that was - in game - days ago, probably over a week now and I can't find any info on whether it's a bug or if it's something I've done that stalled the questline and just won't continue. Anybody have any clues? Has anyone encountered this already? Please help, I want to finish the game. Playing on Xbox One if that helps.
for more information i’m on the PS4 and i’ve tried reloading my game to see if V will answer but they just say can’t talk right now and hang up on Dex
I’m on the main quest “The Information” and i’ve completed it but at the end when Dex calls you and talks the the mission ends instead of answering V keeps hanging up and i can’t get out of the mission area or call Dex back, I’m stuck.
There´s one bug that made me really desperate because I could not find any solution fot it. In the quest "Full Disclosure", after I killed Sandra Dorsett I always had the mission to kill her and it would not disappear. And now it even got funnier because her symbol is 300m underneath the ground. Unreachable. PLEASE help me out if you know ANYTHING about this.
Oh one more thing we need an option to switch between what we’re clicking on, I hate picking up everything just to get what’s at the bottom, such as I’m dead enemies or whatnot
(Ps4) V is always looking down in the mirror and I have to look all the way up to barely see his face (that hat I have doesn’t help) Also my weapons and bounce back sometimes stop working entirely (maybe as chunks load or something) and vehicles sometimes act as if their front wheel has a wheel clamp on it and barley moves and bumps along.
I have the same issue on PS4 Pro. Works eventually, but not right away and the delay is annoying as sometimes 30s or so is quite long. I needed to reload one quest that I failed because of this...
SPOILERS BELOW Ok, so I have encountered a super annoying glitch at the Aldecaldos ending of the game. During the shootout in Forward to Death quest, after being shot with a sniper rifle the Militech soldiers that were positioned atop shipping containers fall through them and stay trapped within. They can still shoot at V, but there is no way to kill them, therefore no way to end the combat and move on with the quest. I play on PS4 Pro.
Is there a fix yet?
I am on a main quest where I have to go see Wakako with Takemura in his office. I have tried everything, but I don't have access to the answer line to be able to continue the quest (I only have the mundane options to tell her). I can't go further in the quest because of this, for now I'm doing the side quests but I will end up completely stuck because of it.
I can’t complete two missions. Under the bridge is bugged where no one is there when I show up, no hobos and no cyberpscho. Until death do us part is still bugged not allowing me to use the elevator. Please CDPR I just want to finish my missions. I seriously love this game, but damn.
