How to Play Warcraft Rumble

Starting Warcraft Rumble can be a bit daunting. It's a new game after all and you're still getting used to its different game mechanics. Check out these beginner tips and tricks to help you get acquainted with the game!

Earn Sigils

Start your journey in Warcraft Rumble by earning Sigils.

Clicking the “!” icon on the central bottom part of your screen will take you to a map that is marked with Sigils (the ones that look like red stamps).

Successfully clearing one section of the map will reward you with a Sigil!

You can unlock different perks such as unlocking a new leader or even a new game mode after earning a certain number of Sigils. You can check how many Sigils you've earned and what reward you can get in the next Sigil checkpoint by clicking the Sigil icon on the map menu.

Choose Your First Leader

Leader	Ability
Tirion Fordring	Holy Light - Heals all nearby friendly units.
Rend Blackhand	Blacken the Skies - Your other Flying troops cost 1 less Gold while Rend is in play (but no less than 2).
Baron Rivendare	Army of the Dead - Rivendare periodically summons Skeletons at buildings you control.

Once you've earned 2 Sigils, you'll be able to choose your First Leader. This is the first important decision you need to make in the game.

Leaders play an important role in Warcraft Rumble. Each of them has a unique ability that can affect how each of your game will play out. It is important that you build your army around your leader and make sure that each of your troop has great synergy with one another.

Your first selection of leaders will be random but of course some of them will be better than the others. We recommend choosing either Tirion Fordring, Rend Blackhand, or Baron Rivendare if they happen to be in your first Leader options.

Acquire New Minis From The G.R.I.D

Earning 4 Sigils will unlock The G.R.I.D - a shop where you can buy new Minis!

Buying new Minis will let you explore the different kinds of Minis in the game and experiment on different strategies using them.

You can also buy XP Boosts and rarity upgrades for your Minis in The G.R.I.D!

Level Up Your Minis

The next thing you want to do is to strengthen your troop by leveling up your Minis!

You can do this by simply playing through the game's different game modes, completing Quests, buying Tomes from the shop, and claiming your Bonus XP from the shop!

Increase Your Collection Level

Make leveling up your Minis easier by increasing your Collection Level.

The higher your Collection Level is, the more overall XP your troops earn through gameplay.

To increase your Collection Level, you can level up your Minis, upgrade their rarity, and acquire new Minis.

Play Through the Different Game Modes

Warcraft Rumble has two game modes - PvE and PvP.

In PvE mode, you can play through the different sections of the map in the game. In this mode, you'll go against AI enemies that revolve around a certain theme.

PvP on the other hand will pit you against real-world players. This game mode is for those who are looking for a bit more challenge outside of PvE mode.

Unlike the PvE Mode that is available from the start, you can unlock PvP mode once you've earned 8 Sigils.

Join a Guild

Join a Guild once you've earned 10 Sigils and get to know other players from different parts of the world.

Being a part of a Guild will entitle you and the rest of the guild to a War Chest. This chest rewards everyone with different items that can further help everyone in the team grow stronger.

The rewards in the chest will depend on how active everyone is though, so make sure you do your part by participating in PvPs and making sure that you use every family in the game.

Unlock Talents For Your Minis

Aside from leveling up, you can also strengthen your MInis by unlocking their Talents.

The best part of this is that you also level up for every Talent you unlock for your Mini! Since every Mini has 3 talents, they can level up three times just for unlocking Talents.

It will take a while to get all 3 Talents for a Mini though, so make sure you pick the best one first!

Battle Tips and Tricks

Master these tips and tricks to win your battles!

• Know your families
• Place Minis strategically on the map

Know Your Families

There are 5 families in Warcraft Rumble and each of them fight differently in the field. Get to know these different families and how they're played on the battlefield to see which one fits your playstyle the most!

• Alliance - This class excels in healing, stealth tactics, and heavy use of spells. They're a defensive class that can last long on the field.
• Horde - This class' strength lies in their ability to earn additional gold. Minis in this class can easily overwhelm and deal massive damage to enemies.
• Beast - The Beast Class is a class that excels in swarming and overwhelming the enemy. Their strength is in numbers, massive damage, and fast movement speed.
• Blackrock - This class can easily melt away enemies' armors thanks to their fiery attacks.
• Undead - True to its name, the Undead practices Necromancy to revive dead allies. They can also manipulate enemies into fighting for them and inflict poison on enemies to chip away their health.

Place Minis Strategically on the Map

Knowing when and where to place your Minis on the map is an important skill to learn when playing Warcraft Rumble.

Always place your tanks in front, so they can tank hits from the enemies. Follow them closely by your damage dealers so they can deal damage to enemies while they're targeting your tank.

Try to protect your damage dealers at all costs and don't be afraid to use death fodder if it means your damage dealers can deal significant damage to the enemy team.

Gain Map Control

Almost every map that you play on will have Guard Towers and Meeting Stones that either you or the enemy can capture.

Successfully capturing any of these two will let you place your troops near them. You can easily overwhelm your enemies this way since you can place your allies on different parts of the map, leaving them struggling to find for a place on the field to spawn troops from.

Having control of the map gives you the upperhand in a battle, so always aim to do this and do not let your opponent capture Guarding Towers and Meeting Stones.

Mine Gold Using Miners

Lastly, don't forget to use your Kobold Miners to mine for gold in the battlefield. This will help you get more gold, thus helping you to spawn more troops!
