This side mission's location in the northeastern edge of Harlem will only become available after completing Tombstone: On the Move. The location will be an old warehouse depot near the shore.

Clear the Warehouse

Step	Objective
1	Defeat the Enemies Once control over Spider-Man is given to you, you'll have the option of taking out the men there through either face to face combat or stealth. Whichever direction you take, you'll have to inspect the barrels behind one of the trucks afterwards.
2	Clear Out the Area Several new Thugs will arrive after checking out the barrels, including several superpowered forms. They aren't difficult to deal with if you use Electric Webs on them for stunning. Clear out the area, then use your senses to locate the inhaler one of the Thugs used – a short puzzle will have to be completed, after which the mission will end.

Puzzle Solutions

This puzzle comes up when inspecting the inhaler that one of the Thugs uses to gain powers. After inspecting the injector device at the front of the inhaler, the puzzle will pop up, requiring you to pinpoint what the unknown substance is in the inhaler.
