Uncle Ben's grave can be found at the Harlem cemetery, in the Northwest corner of the map. It will be across the northern wall, on top of a small hill. You'll spot his grave since it's the only headstone in the area with several flowers in front as well as clearly visible writing. This is accessible at any point in the game.

Path to Uncle Ben's Grave

From the back of the cemetery's church, swing in a northwest direction until you reach the waypoint marked above. This should land you near Uncle Ben's grave.

Unlocks With Great Power Trophy

When you visit Uncle Ben's grave, make sure you press the prompt to pay your respects. This unlocks the With Great Power trophy.
