This Trophy/Achievement is relatively simple to do – simply aim your Trip Mines towards an enemy who's facing another enemy to cause them to collide with one another.
Although it can ideally be done in a single sitting or attempt, the Trophy/Achievement actually counts the number of pairs you have conjoined throughout the entire game as opposed to just one specific section.

Best Done During Stealth Sections
Due to the nature of the gadget you have to use ("Trip Mines"), attempts to get this Trophy/Achievement are best done during stealth sections of the game in order to get the most number of enemies in a small area for easy Trip Mine triggers against each other.
For players who have already completed the game, in the absence of Stealth-based Missions, the repeatable Fisk Hideouts are the best source of enemies from which you can farm this achievement from.
Attach Trip Mines to Enemies
If you find you're having trouble, you can attach them to an enemy in order to try and grab multiple in one go! This is helpful during Gadget Challenges or combat where you don't need to be stealthy.
Otherwise, you can also try to restart bases or missions from checkpoints to hit the same set of enemies again and again.
