After some time passes after the mission Something is Screwy, this mission will become available. This leads you to a crime scene in Greenwich, towards the southeastern portion of the District.

| Step | Objective |
|---|---|
| 1 | Talk to the Paramedic At the scene, jump down to the Paramedic who's taking care of the injured security guard and talk to him. |
| 2 |  Find the Flash Grenade You'll be tasked with finding any evidence that can give you a lead – from where you talk to the Paramedic, head down the alley behind him and turn left. You'll find the spot where the Flash Grenade went off on the ground. You'll have to solve a Puzzle then to unlock a trail you can follow. |

| 3 |  Follow the Blue Path A path, highlighted in blue, will be available for you to follow then. You'll come across a Thug lying on the ground which prompts a fight with several other Thugs once you get near him. Continue following the trail afterwards to trigger a cutscene. |
| 4 |  Eliminate the Thugs After the cutscene, defeat the group of enemies comprised of several men armed with pipes and guns as well as two Brutes to complete the mission. TIP: Use several of your gadgets that can cause one hit K.O.s to avoid the need to fight the group of enemies in such a small and enclosed space. |
Soon after finding the spot where the Flash Grenade went off, which blinded the Security Guard with the Paramedic, you'll be hit with this Puzzle for you to solve.
