In a news article published by Steam, users that in the countries stated above that have pre-purchased the game on their platform can repurchase the game for a lower price point due to a pricing error on Steam's end.

Price on Epic Games Store Hasn’t Changed

While Steam has corrected the pricing error, Epic Games still lists the game at the same high price. There hasn't been a statement on whether or not their price will also be reduced.

How to Receive the Correct Price

Request for a Refund

If you pre-purchased Spider-Man Remastered AND are from any of the markets stated in the section above, you can follow the steps below to ensure you receive the correct lower price. Users will only get the lower price if they follow the steps refund and repurchase the game.
