Unlock Dark Suit

Each Black Cat Stakeout counts towards snagging the Dark Suit! Black Cat will only reward this once you have completed all 12.

Part of 100% District Completion

Not only will this count towards the 100% district completion, it will also be a step towards unlocking the Undies Suit!

How to Unlock Black Cat Stakeouts

How to Unlock Black Cat Stakeouts
Step 1	After completing the mission, "Home Sweet Home", Peter will receive a call from an Unknown Caller.
Step 2	This begins the Mission: "Stakeout", where you will need to find the little "gift" Black Cat has left for you.
Step 3	Use the scope by pressing to find the mini Black Cat on the buildings nearby.
Step 4	Move the Camera with the Right Joystick and Zoom in and out with and respectively.
Step 5	Your controller should vibrate when you're close so zoom in and when the Black Cat is in frame, snap a photo with . You may find some graffiti of Black Cat nearby or see a glint in the distance!

Tip: Look for the Graffiti

Each of these locations will have some sort of graffiti near the doll. If you can find graffiti art in the area, you'll have a better chance at locating Black Cat's dolls. While most of these locations will have a graffiti of Black Cat herself, other locations will just be regular graffiti art.

How to Complete the Black Cat Stakeouts
Step 1	Once you have found all of the Black Cats, Peter will locate her hideout. Head to the point on the map!
Step 2	Approach the graffiti of the dog next to the Black Cat. You'll get a prompt to open the door. .
Step 3	Use the scope by pressing to find the mini Black Cat on the buildings nearby.
Step 4	Enter the room and interact with the suit on the table to finish!
