After completing Couch Surfing, this Side Mission will automatically unlock, allowing you to go and complete it early on in the Main Campaign.
| Step | Objective |

| 1 | Talk to Howard Once the Side Mission unlocks, simply head to its starting location to talk to Howard. |
| 2 | Catch the Pigeons After talkig to Howard, Pigeon locations will appear all over New York. Simply catch them all to complete this Side Mission. |
There are a total of 12 Pigeons that need to be caught scattered around New York. The Side Mission Helping Howard will only be completed once these Pigeons are caught, even if the Overview page for it disappears from the Missions Tab.
