This side mission only becomes available once all of the Olympus Hideouts unlocked after Trust Issues are completed.

Spider-Man Remastered - Defeat the Thugs
Defeat the Thugs
After arriving at the location for the mission, simply defeat all of the enemies in the area. Once they have been cleared out, the mission will finish.

Olympus Hideout Locations

All of the three Olympus Hideouts spread out between Greenwich, Midtown, and Chinatown all first need to be completed before Aiding a Human can be unlocked. The bous objectives for each hideout do not need to be completed for access to the side mission.

The hideouts are all hidden under manholes that you can highlight once you arrive at the map markers for each hideout.
