This is a fast-killing build that relies on staying in Werewolf form using the Tempest Roar Unique. The main source of damage is done by applying multiple poison stacks using Tornado and Shred that has great interactions with the Toxic Claws passive and the Aspect of the Blurred Beast.

Turning Grizzly Rage into a Werewolf Skill with the Dire Wolf's Aspect is a core part of the build; it grants Unstoppable, and boosts to your Damage and Critical Strikes with the Aspect of the Rampaging Werebeast.

Keep in mind that with two core skills used in this build, Hurricane is required to amplify your resource generation.

The Barber	Type: Wrathful Critical Strikes and all subsequent damage within 2.0-4.0 seconds is absorbed by your target. Then, the absorbed damage erupts onto surrounding enemies. Stored damage is increased by 10% per second.
Revenge	Type: Brutal 10-20% of incoming damage is instead suppressed. When you use a Defensive, Subterfuge or a Macabre skill, all suppressed damage is amplified by 250% and explodes, dealing up to 1360-2040 Fire damage to Nearby enemies.
Inexorable Force	Type: Devious Up to 30-50 Distant enemies are pulled toward you while you have an Ultimate Skill active.

The Barber heart is a highlight piece of this build as revolves around critical strikes. The Barber delays your critical strikes that turn your enemies into ticking bombs that spread the critical damage you dealt around them. While other gems and hearts are slotted for utility, defense, and overall damage boosts.

Use Hurricane for Resource Generation

With two core skills in use, Hurricane is extremely helpful as it increases your resource generation, allowing you to continue your barrage of attacks when you're surrounded.

Only Use Shred and Tornado Against Groups

Make the most out of your spirit by using your core skills only when you're against a pack of mobs, you can lure strays to larger mob groups to save your resource.

Your spirit is needed for your damage, do not spam your core skills aimlessly to deplete your spirit and lose your survivability passives from the damage you deal.

How to Beat Uber Lilith

Phase One

Cast Grizzly Rage to Spam Tornadoes, then Finish with Shred

Grizzly Rage allows you to spam a lot of tornadoes against Uber Lilith because of its resource cost reduction, this also activate's your Direwolf's and Rampaging Werebeast aspects, making your tornadoes a Wolf Skill which now has poison damage. Multiple Tornadoes means multiple stacks of poison which you can explode using Shred boosted by The Barber heart.

Phase Two

Cast Multiple Tornadoes Before Start

Before Lilith respawns for phase 2, cast multiple tornadoes to prepare your poison stack, then deplete her health bar with Shred. Basically using the same damage strategy from phase 1.

Blood Wave and Floor Mechanic

Always move to the floors that Lilith will remove for a time, as the remaining areas will spawn Blood Waves that can one-shot you.
