How to Beat Ekdromoi EP and PG AC6

Equip Bipedal Legs

In the Ekudoromoi battle, you'll face two opponents simultaneously - a melee unit and a ranged unit. Therefore, it's recommended to use two-legged leg parts that are suitable for both melee combat and avoiding ranged attacks. Choose leg parts that don't exceed your weight capacity.

Use Shotguns During the Battle

The stage is narrow, making it easy to corner enemies against walls. Therefore, it's advisable to use weapons with high spread to land attacks effectively. In particular, the VP-66LS laser shotgun is great to use, as it can stagger opponents with two charged shots.

Additionally, it's a good idea to equip SONGBIRDS grenade cannons on your shoulders so you can lob explosives at your targets while they're cornered.

Remember: You Can Always Change Your Build From the Retry Screen

If a certain build isn't working out for you, you can always change it through the ASSEMBLY button on the retry screen. If you're facing this boss for the first time, we recommend equipping weapons that will get you through the mission first, then changing your build once you are defeated for the first time.

Ekdromoi EP and Ekdromoi PG Boss Strategy

Defeat from the Melee Unit

The Ekudoromoi appear in pairs, but it's easier to deal with the melee unit. Lock on to the melee unit and take it down first.

Use Quick Boost to Evade Diagonally

To avoid the melee unit's blade attacks, it's recommended to evade diagonally just before its attack. After evading, you'll have an opportunity to counter-attack.

Evade Charged Attacks with Boost and Elevation

When you see the purple glow of the ranged Ekdromoi's plasma rifle, use a quick boost and ascend or descend to evade. After evading the attack, you'll have a chance to counterattack. Even when battling the melee unit, continue moving and, if you see the purple glow from its ranged partner, press a quick boost to evade.

Corner Your Enemies Against the Wall

It's easier to land attacks when the opponent is cornered against a wall or in a situation where they have no escape. Drive your enemies to the walls at the central ground level of the arena, and let loose with your shotguns and grenade cannons.
