Build Your AC Properly Always Make Sure Your Crosshair is Red Master The Use of Jumping and Quick Boosts Aim to Stagger Your Enemies

In this game, the characteristics of your AC (Armored Core) change depending on your build (mech configuration). In other words, your maneuverability changes as well. It's not an exaggeration to say that the outcome of missions also changes depending on the characteristics of your build.
If you approach missions with suitable builds for each mission, your chances of success will greatly increase. However, it's a fact that you won't know until you actually attempt a mission. Challenging missions, identifying where you struggled, and experimenting with different assemblies to find what works best are all part of the game's appeal. Of course, it's also interesting to try battling with specific assembly restrictions.
The buying and selling costs for parts necessary for assembly are the same. So, if you purchase a part, try it out in ACTEST, and find that it's not what you expected, you can sell it and purchase a different part without any issues. This is a convenient feature.
In this game, there are two types of aiming: the normal white aiming and the red predictive aiming. The red predictive aiming is when your AC tries to anticipate which direction your enemy will go, increasing the chance that they'll hit it with an attack. However, predictive aiming typically has shorter range than normal aiming, requiring you to get closer to the enemy. Keep this in mind because predictive aim can make your shots very accurate.
Predictive lock-on isn't just used by you; the enemy can also utilize it. When you're in a predictive lock-on state, so is your opponent. While your hit rate increases, you also become a more likely target.
To reduce damage received, jump when necessary or use QB (Quick Boost). It might be challenging at first, but practice being conscious of these actions.
When enemies are about to unleash powerful attacks, red arrows appear on the screen. These serve as alerts and signify attacks should avoid. When you see these alerts, evade as quickly as possible.
Stagger refers to a state of stumbling, during which you become temporarily incapacitated. During this time, all attacks land as direct hits, resulting in significantly higher damage.
There are suitable weapons and tactics for causing stagger, and it's crucial to focus on how to put your enemies into this state. However, be cautious of your own stagger state and act accordingly.
Even if you successfully stagger an enemy, you won't be able to deal damage effectively if your weapons are still reloading. If you think that you're about to recover from a stagger, check your main weapon's reload status and ensure it hasn't overheated. However, don't become too fixated on this, as delaying your recovery from stagger can also be detrimental. Developing a habit of always being mindful of your remaining ammo is a good practice.
