How to Beat Emberstrife

Go For a Horde Ranged Deck

Emberstrife and its Drakes are strong Flying units that can be difficult to handle. Due to this, it is important to have strong Ranged or Flying Minis, like Ogre Mage or Drake to deal significant damage to them. It is also good to have Chain Lightning to use on groups of enemies that may try to overwhelm you.

Use Unbound Minis to Get Chests

There are several chests on the top of the map you should get to have more gold. It can be obtained easily by placing your Unbound Minis, like S.A.F.E. Pilot, on the chests. Just be careful to place your Minis behind Emberstrife while he circles around that area since he can quickly wipe out any units you summon there.

Have a Tank Take Damage for Your Ranged Minis

The best tactic to defeat Emberstrife is to have a tank like Cairne Bloodhoof take the damage while your Ranged Minis are attacking. This will let you deal significant damage to it each time since the enemies do not have a far enough range to damage your other Minis.

Defend with Strong Spells

It is suggested to have a strong spell like Chain Lightning or Execute since most of the enemies are tanky. Save them for when they get too close to you, or when they start grouping up at an area. This will help you focus on attacking Emberstrife without having to commit too many of your Minis on defending.
