We'll be running a Grommash deck for his Bloodlust ability, and the natural bulk that Horde minis have.

Stonehoof Tauren and Warsong Raiders are great frontline units that can take the hits from Cairne and the Darkspear Trolls that surround him.

Harpies and Quilboars are versatile defensive units that should typically be deployed together.

And the Meat Wagon is included as our siege unit for this stage.

Once both towers have been taken, it is only a matter of properly deploying your units in groups before Cairne is defeated.

Send the Meat Wagon to the Left Lane

Meat Wagon's path to both towers

The Meat Wagon is an especially useful mini for this stage since it can safely take both towers from the left most lane.

Deploying it on the left lane will cause the Meat Wagon to stop at the ledge and start attacking the tower below, but remain outside that tower's range.

After it takes the lower tower, it then continues forward and then safely takes the upper tower.

Defend the Meat Wagon

Despite being able to take both towers safely, the Meat Wagon is still vulnerable to enemy minis. Make sure you are not leaving it undefended as it sieges enemy structures.

Deploy From the Top Left Tower

This is the tower with the shortest distance to Cairne, so focus on deploying your minis from this tower.

Use Grommash Alongside Other Minis

As Grommash is essentially a buff type mini, make sure to use him together with other minis for the most impactful pushes.

Typically, you will want to send out either a Stonehoof Tauren or a Warsong Raider first, followed by Grom, and then a Darkspear Troll shortly after.
