Having a cheap tank like Ghoul will make it easier to face Rok'alim since its attacks will tend to focus on one target at a time, leaving room for it to be attacked from the side by other troops.
The lone tower in the middle of the field is the closest way to Rok'Alim. Taking it early and holding that position will also make it easier for you to defend your base. It will be better to take the tower before trying to conquer the meeting stones.
The right Meeting Stone is another viable option to getting to Rok'Alim directly with less enemies, but you can always use the Switch on the left lane to try and control the left Meeting Stone.
Let units like Ghoul take on Rok'Alim from the center lane. Assuming that you have control of the meeting stones, deploy ranged troops provide additional support. Alternatively you can set your Skeletons or Skeleton Party on either sides of the boss to aid in the assault.
