Go For a Unbound Skeleton Deck

Having inexpensive Tanks and Unbound Squad units will help in taking down Onu. Let the tanks take most of the damage, and spawn Unbound Squads to take damage him from the back.

Take the Meeting Stones

Use your Skeletons or Skeleton Party to quickly take the meeting stones. This will make it easier to conquer the tower in the center lane and intercept the Ancient of War that Onu spawns.

Have Tanks ready for the Ancients of War

Ghoul is a good choice against the Ancients of War because it's one of the cheapest Tanks to spawn. It probably won't be able to do much damage on its own, so have supporting units attack the Ancient of War while Ghoul takes most of the damage.
