Go For a Heavy Tank Deck

The three Huntresses are the most annoying thing about this fight. They're fast, resistant, and come in groups of three at a time. Having Heavy Tanks like Molten Giant or Fast Tanks like Prowler can level out the playing field.
Take Hold of the Meeting Stone
The Meeting Stone near where the 3 Huntresses spawn will play a pivotal role in how your match will play out. Even if the three Huntressess get past to your base, if you can hold your defenses down until you can summon a Melee Tank like Prowler then you have a chance.
Take Control of the Left Tower
Simultaneously you'll have to take the left tower to increase your chances of rushing Raene Woflrunner before the next batch of Huntresses are spawned. From here you can launch your units directly towards Raene without having to deal with the Huntresses.
Let Molten Giant fight the Huntresses
Molten Giant is a beast of an Armored Tank. He's capable of holding off the three Huntresses single-handedly. If you manage to spawn even one Molten Giant, your defenses should be enough to hold off the Huntresses while you assault the boss.
