Recover the Stolen Items

Step	Objective
1	Head to Black Cat's Hidden Lair After successfully completing all of the Black Cat Stakeouts, head to the marker that drops on your HUD – this will bring you to the park area in the Upper West Side district. Look around for an abandoned train line. TIP: Complete the Black Cat Stakeout in the Upper West Side last, so it'll leave you with less ground to cover to get to the hideout.
2	Enter the Lair Look around for a mural of a black dog – at its open mouth is a section of the wall you can interact with to enter Black Cat's lair. Head to the back and look at the table on the left – iteract with it to get the Darksuit, which also ends the side mission.

Black Cat Stakeout Locations

In order to unlock this mission, all 12 Black Cat Stakeouts scattered across New York need to be completed first. Each district will have one or two stakeout locations within it, with each stakeout requiring you to find and take a photo of the Black Cat toys.
