The idea of the build is to use the combination of Tempest Roar and Dire Wolf's Aspect to spam Tornado. The aspects mentioned will allow you to use Storm skills upon casting Grizzly Rage while giving you huge spirit cost reduction and excellent movement speed.
This concept, combined with Mighty Storm's Aspect for Earthen Might, will enable you to cast Tornado as often as possible while having an extremely rapid movement speed.
Speed is the name of the game in this build, but do not be mistaken, as it can produce a huge amount of damage in a short time frame!

Gems and Hearts | Paragon |
Item Type | Effect |
---|---|
Emerald (Weapon) | +% Critical Strike Damage to Vulnerable Enemies |
Sapphire (Armor) | +% Damage Reduction while Fortified |
The Barber |
Type: Wrathful Critical Strikes and all subsequent damage within 2.0-4.0 seconds is absorbed by your target. Then, the absorbed damage erupts onto surrounding enemies. Stored damage is increased by 10% per second. |
Inexorable Force |
Type: Devious Up to 30-50 Distant enemies are pulled toward you while you have an Ultimate Skill active. |
Tempting Fate |
Type: Vicious You gain 40-60% Critical Strike Damage but your Non-Critical Strikes deal 20-15% less damage. |
Inexorable Force is a great heart to have for the build since it allows you to gather all the enemies closer to you while Grizzly Rage is active. This allows you to clear large groups of enemies quicker and more efficiently since it will take less Tornadoes to kill them.
Meanwhile, Tempting Fate is another good heart since it increases your Critical Strike Damage significantly. This synergizes well with the build as long as you have 40-45% Critical Strike Chance since the Tornadoes will be dealing critical strikes frequently regardless.
The Barber is a good heart because it makes your attacks deal huge amounts of burst damage to Elites and Bosses. However, it may be difficult to find since it is a Wrathful heart.
Due to this, a good alternative would be the Revenge heart since it suppresses incoming damage, allowing you to tank more hits. It also synergizes with Blood Howl to deal damage whenever you use it.
If you could find it, another heart that could be used instead is the Unconstrained Beast because it automatically activates Grizzly Rage whenever you are stunned, frozen, or knocked down. Since this build lacks an Unstoppable effect, this lets Grizzly Rage have a higher uptime, and allowing you to spam Tornadoes more frequently.

Tornado Wolf Build Tips |
---|
|
The build is at its peak when Grizzly Rage is active so it's wise to properly time its usage. The ultimate is best casted when you're about to face a huge mob or a boss.
Do not forget to take cooldown reduction affixes and the Calm Before the Storm Spirit Boon to help with the uptime.
Most of your damage will come from using the Tornado core skill. With the Werewolf Grizzly Rage's spirit reduction, you can effectively cast Tornadoes without worrying about your spirit.
Stack on attack speed to cast as much Tornadoes as possible with minimal delay.
The build is quite on the squishy side so make sure to properly utilize your defensive skills especially when Grizzly Rage is not active.
Use Blood Howl as often as possible to keep your health up and get attack speed at the same time. Save your Cyclone Armor is situations where you are corned as you can easily push enemies away from you.

Circle of Life
(1 Point) |
Circle of Life gives you that extra bit of sustainability as you fight Uber Lilith in the Echo of Hatred. The fight is mostly based off managing mechanics, rather than strict DPS checks.
Lilith's waves are pretty easy to spot in phase 1. Look for lines that form across the platform and position yourselves to behind where Lilith is facing to avoid the most attacks. Lines can be in two colors: black and red. Black lines will deal significantly more damage than red ones and must be avoided at all costs. Waves that form under red lines don't hurt as much and can be tanked with this build — as long as the waves are not stacked on top of each other.
Lilith will eventually spawn minions that have a hefty amount of HP. Focus your tornadoes on these minions while keeping a close eye on Lilith as she constantly flies in and out of the platform to perform wave patterns and attacks.
Watch out for the boils that spawn on the map and stay away until they pop. These will mark a large strip that cuts across them in black, indicating a massive wave attack. Simply go to the spot that didn't have any boils spawn and stay there until the waves resolve.
Your wind shear's mspd buff and evade charges are instrumental for this mechanic. Make sure both are up and ready whenever they spawn. You can even pre-position accordingly to safely spam Tornadoes as the mechanic plays out.
Lilith cleaves the platform with three-pronged attacks that hit anyone caught on top of their telegraph lines. While the timing is tight, it is possible to step out of these lines as long as your constantly moving with wind shear's mspd buff and evading as needed.
Phase 2 introduces untargetable blood skulls that hone in on your character and will constantly spawn throughout the fight. These are fairly slow so a good way to kite the skulls, on top of managing every other mechanic, is to move in either clockwise or counter-clockwise within the platform. Take note that minions that die during phase 2 will spawn blood skulls upon death. Make sure you steer clear of them before they die to avoid getting hit as soon as they pop up.
Throughout the phase, Lilith will fly out and quickly back in to pull your character towards here. It is paramount that you pre-position yourself in a way where no skulls are present in your direction before Lilith pulls you. Consider swapping Cyclone Armor with Earthen Bulwark as well if you prefer to just negate the pull effect entirely.
Players can unlock the Uber Lilith fight by interacting with her Blood Sigil in Nevesk as soon as they reach World Tier 4. Take note that this is the final boss of the current version of the game. Make sure you're at least level 100 and geared up as best as possible before attempting — especially in hardcore mode!
