Find the Recipe on Top of the Windmill in Temple Woods

Leggings of Lightness Location

You can find the recipe that unlocks the Leggings of Lightness as a craftable armor inside a treasure chest on top of the windmill in Temple Woods.

Build Square Foundations to use as a makeshift staircase and use Windstep to jump on each one to reach the top of the windmill. Open the chest and right-click on the Vestige: Suspiciously Light Tattered Boots to learn the recipe.
