Build a Ton of Structures
To quickly level up Construction, you'll want to repeatedly build a structure until it doesn't give anymore EXP. Once that happens, switch to building something else and repeat the process until you've unlocked what you need.

Farm a Ton of Resources Beforehand

Level Up Woodcutting
Since you'll be constantly building structures, it's recommended to farm a ton of resources first, like Ash Logs and Oak Logs, to minimize any downtime when building. Because of this, you'll want to level Woodcutting as well to make gathering wood quick and easy.

Dismantle to Recycle Resources

Dismantle Structures
Constructing buildings takes up a lot of resources and space, and since you're just building to level up the skill, it's recommended to dismantle what you make to free up space for other structures and to regain whatever resources you've used.
