Goblin Diplomacy Walkthrough and Rewards
Goblin Diplomacy is a Secondary Quest in RuneScape Dragonwilds that starts in Bramblemead Valley. Here's a walkthrough of the quest, including the second Bandosian Amulet's location, how to beat the Garou Druid, and the rewards you can get for completing it!
How to Unlock Goblin Diplomacy
Find the Bandosian Amulet East of Bramblemead Valley
To start the Goblin Diplomacy quest, you must first find the Bandosian Amulet inside a goblin camp on the east side of Barmblemead Valley. The amulet is inside a chest blocked by a wall of bramble, which can be removed using an axe.

Find Someone That Can Identify the Bandosian Amulet
From the goblin camp where you found the Bandosian Amulet, head northwest to find a goblin NPC named Zanik. Talk to Zanik and you will learn that there is another Bandosian Amulet to be tracked. Exhaust all dialogue options to proceed.
Investigate the Ruin Northeast of Zanik
Walk northeast from Zanik's camp to find the said ruins, where you can find another group of goblins surrounding a caged one. Clear the area of hostile goblins and talk to Bilegut to find out that the other Bandosian Amulet was taken by garou-beastmen to the Whispering Swamp.
Second Bandosian Amulet Location
To find the second Bandosian Amulet, head north towards the Whispering Swamp and go to the lower area on the east side of the region. Once you're at the base of the waterfall, walk south until you find a lit cave entrance. Go inside and defeat the Garou Druid to obtain the Druid's Bandosian Amulet.
Bring Both Amulets to Zanik
Return to Zanik's camp and hand over both amulets to stop the prophecy. In exchange, you will be rewarded with the Goblin War Banner cloak!
How to Beat the Garou Druid
Use an Antipoison Potion
We recommend using an Antipoison Potion as a countermeasure for the Garou Druid's homing poison arrows that can instantly kill you if you get hit. Its deadly poison effect can be completely negated by the Antipoison Potion as it gives immunity to poision.

Attack from Close Range
One of the ways to defeat Garou Druids is to close the gap and attack them in close range. This locks them into only using an AoE attack that briefly staggers you and deal no damage. Continue rushing the Garou Druid once you've recovered from this attack until they go down.
Goblin Diplomacy Rewards
Goblin War Banner
Giving the Bandosian Amulets to Zanik will reward you with the Goblin War Banner cloak that increases your melee, ranged, and magic defenses when equipped.
