If an Earth Leviathan is targeting you, drop heavy scrap such as large axles and bottles so that you have enough stamina and movement speed.

Afterwards, run to an opposite direction outside the Earth Leviathan's attack area.

An Earth Leviathan's attack is telegraphed by a loud growling noise, followed by black particles rising from the ground.

It is important to be observant of these two signals, as Earth Leviathans will kill players in one hit.
