The Jester (Jack in the Box) is a monster that can spawn Indoors. Do note that the Jester (Jack in the Box) can be encountered in all of the moons that can be explored in Lethal Company.
Unfortunately, the Jester cannot be killed with a shovel. With this, it is best to avoid it once it spawns in the moon you are currently in!
When popped from its box, Jesters gain speed over time quickly. It is impossible to survive by running away from a Jester.
A Jester can be reset by having all the players leave the Facility for a few seconds. Doing so will cause the Jester to go back to its box.
However, be mindful that Jesters will wind itself again once players re-enter the facility. Use this time to collect scrap back to the Main Entrance and Fire Exits.
While Jesters cannot be killed, Zap Guns and Radar Boosters can be used to delay the Jester from popping, giving players enough time to escape.
The Radar Booster is also noteworthy that it also resets the move speed of the Jester when it has already popped from its box.
When first encountered, Jesters are in their Box, and can be mistaken as a harmless monster as it follows players.
However, a Jester will wind itself shortly after, while emitting music. Once a Jester is finished winding itself, the box will pop open and chase players, killing them instantly upon contact.
This monster does not drop any items. |
