Lethal Company - KeyKey 3 Used to open locked doors within abandoned facilities. Highly conductive
Lethal Company - Shotgun ShellsShotgun Shells 0 Used to load up the Double-barrel. Dropped by The Nutcracker.
Lethal Company - Sticky NoteSticky Note 0 Sticky notes from Sigurd. No known usage. Can be found inside the ship.
Lethal Company - ClipboardClipboard 5 Used as reference for Lethal Company's gameplay. Found besides the lever you land the ship with.

What are Special Items?

Items With Unique In-Game Use

Special items have unique uses within the game. For example, Keys found within abandoned facilities can be used to open locked doors, eliminating the need for a Lockpicker.

Keys and Clipboard Will No Longer Provide Value

As of the current Version 47 Update, selling clipboards and keys will no longer provide any value. They can still be sold technically and will display value, but they will always total to zero for each calculation.
