Scan and Enter the Code Using the Ship's Terminal

Similarly to turning off Turrets, disable the Landmine by scanning it then have the Spectator at the Ship enter its codename on the Ship's Terminal. Doing this deactivates it for five seconds before the Landmine reactivates, so make your way past it quickly to avoid blowing up.

Landmines Cannot be Disabled Permanently

Landmines cannot be permanently disabled, so make sure to keep communicating with the Spectator at the Ship if they're seeing any Turrets or Landmines standing in your way, and help you deactivate them.

How to Avoid Landmines

Locate Landmines Using the Ship's Monitor

Turrets, Doors, Landmines, Loot, and entities can be tracked and interacted with using the Ship's Monitor and Terminal. As the Spectator, always make sure to communicate with your teammates via the Walkie-Talkie when locating any dangers ahead.

This prevents causing unnecessary panic and casualties when exploring, and makes it easier to meet the 3-day quota faster.

Scan the Area and Listen to the Beeping Alert

When locating or checking a Landmine, simply scan the area and wait to hear a beeping sound. The closer you are to the Landmine, the louder the noise will be so make sure to keep scanning and use your flashlight to find it while maintaining distance to avoid triggering it.

Possible Landmine Locations

Dark Corners Near the Pipes

Landmines can usually be found in very dark rooms of buildings that doesn't have much light source. Sometimes, they can also be found stuck at the wall at the dark corners near the pipes to catch Explorers off-guard.
