she should be in higher tier now in the sub dps category that lunar crystalize fixes her C1 problem i guess yeah she might not be best in slot but she is definitely viable for example for a navia lunar crystalize team she alone doesn't deal a lot of geo amplification along with how good her dmg can be if fully built my C0 team : navia(R0 battlepass wp) chiori(R0) innefa(R1) columbina(R0) can clear abyss 12 just fine
she should go higher! lunar crystalize counts as geo constructs and with columbina her dmg is really boosted, she is amazing sub dps option for zibai team if you decide to go sustainless

she is meh as a character, and her whole personality is meh
I’d rank her SS for DPS at C6 and S for exploration at C0.
Nobody even noticed that her C6 was nerfed by 50% (the bonus used to be over 400%). Her Elemental Skill has such a short cooldown that you can almost spam it nonstop. I use her as my main DPS, and she can easily kill everything — she clears the entire Abyss with full stars. I really don’t understand the poor ratings. And as for exploration, her Elemental Skill can take you almost anywhere once you learn how to use it.
I’m not sure exactly why, but literally every website rates Chiori the same way — poorly — especially when constellation level is taken into account. There’s not even a mention of how important C6 is. Someone once said Chiori would be a Sub-DPS and then… everyone just decided to ignore everything that actually makes her strong. At C6 she has better damage than Arlecchino. I know this because I have her at C6, and her final constellation gives an incredible bonus.

Chiori is from Inazuma, her nation APPARITION is indeed Fontaine but that's like saying that Scara is from Sumeru.
C0 Chiori is literally worse than Albedo in non-geo teams because of Albedo's EM buff
I would pull her in a heartbeat if C1 was part of her base kit... Sadly C0 is just Albedo in drag, unless you place her in a team that has a construct.
I love chiori but she is a B tier character

Chiori should be an SS for exploration! Her elemental skill enables her to trivially reach spots that cannot be reached by any other toon or method!
less pulls, but good for a better future.. - - - and vice versa LMAO (example for the worst thing from sr fandom nowadays: they spammed their toxicity to non-game related fanbase, like anime or even toku fanbase)
yes but cinnabar is another good option and you can put that mistsplitter on another character
