Chiori should be an SS for exploration! Her elemental skill enables her to trivially reach spots that cannot be reached by any other toon or method!

I'm glad this section are safe from slander, or at least their existence aren't that massive (if compared to previous new chars) Maybe, they moved to 'that' turn-based game after some unhinged drama before (positive thing, now the toxicity in this game are reduced)

Would Mistsplitter be good for her? (sorry if this is a noob question, came back from a 6 month break.

Why are the 4 star weapons recommended not free-to-play? They're either event weapons from long ago or from the BP and cost money

She should be low S tier at c1, she brings dmg and a lot of bullets for Navia

>>28 the dual blade animation is clean and cool, so yeah I considered to use her as a main DPS, but its so hard to use it as a main, I used characters like qiqi as main dps and its even kinda worked in abyss, but unfortunately chiori is even harder to build as main because of her element. as for subdps yes its not bad, but I have gorou, yunjin fischl raiden, zhongli and furina for support and subdps, I don't think chiori gonna replace any mentioned characters.

Then yes she isn't good at it until C6, she is a sub DPS, and as a sub DPS she does 0 phys dmg, she isn't super versatile but she is awesome at what she does well, just play her with Zhongli and if possible Itto or Ninguang and Gorou and she is super strong.

>>25 What investment do you mean ? Apart from 5* weapons, her best weapon are Cinnabar which is an event weapon you get for free and Harbinger of Dawn which is a 3* weapon. Her best artifact set is Golden Troupe which is from a domaine you have to farm for many characters, and none of them use DEF, so all you had to do was keeping some good DEF artifacts while farming for other characters. First character I actually fully raise day 1.

I got her because I had been waiting for Albedo rerun for a while to complete my mono geo team with Itto Gorou and Zhongli. My Itto is C2, Gorou C6, Zhongli C2. And I prefer her chara design to Albedo's, and since she is even better than Albedo for this team it was a no brainer. Also wanted Itto's weapon and I got it first try, then had 20 wishes remaining so I tried and got super lucky with Chiori's weapon. Now my Itto team is about as OP as my Neuvi Furina team.

such a sad character, I use Geo a lot, c6 triple crown ninguang and noelle are my mains, but chiori kit doesn't interest me even a bit. her burst damage is like two normal attack of noelle in burst mode, not to mention the split physical damage and geo damage, only thing she has is her dolls, single target, low rate of fire, imagine a fischl but without elemental reactions.

I think an A rating is perfect. Part of her base kit is locked behind c1 and her damage output while decent isn't all that great for the investment needed.

Don't get baited for her c1 She's decent with Navia at c0 Trust me (seriously trust me)

She would have been great without that c1 bait.
