Re-equip your GF's, junction the Draw ability (Optional: Mug).
Biggs and Wedge will just use physical attacks but when their HP gets low enough they will start to use Haste on themselves and slow down your party members.
Draw and cast Haste and Regen on every party member and battle them normally.
This boss has some valuable spells, so draw and stock up on these.
