Preparation

GF Carbuncle, Restorative spells, Fire Elemental Def Junction.

Moveset

Seifer never learns. Seifer's moveset will be the same except stronger. Fire magic spells and his Limit Break, but his Limit Break is now Bloodfest, which deals massive damage to everyone.

Strategy

Draw and cast Aura for everyone, once aura is applied for everyone. Spam him with Limitbreaks. Selphie's Full-Cure or Quistis's White Wind will prove valuable when Seifer starts using Bloodfest.
