Thunder Elemental Defense Junction, Blind ST-ATK Junction, High HP.

Moveset

Meteor	The last move before dying
Deadly Horn	Deals massive damage to one party member

Strategy

Catoblepas has low defenses so it will go down quickly. Inflicting Blind will render its Deadly horn useless, and its thunder magics can be absorbed for healing.
