After reaching 80 pulls, an SSR Hero is guaranteed, with a 50% chance of them being the rate-up SSR. Otherwise, the next SSR Hero that's obtained is guaranteed to be the rate-up SSR.
Additionally, the banner's rate-up SSR Hero is guaranteed after 120 pulls. Even if you got the rate-up before reaching the 120th pull, you will still get the guaranteed rate-up SSR.
