Craft Healing Items with Buffs

Through Cooking, you can create HP recovery items using specific combinations of ingredients. Most dishes also provide buffs for your party members, increasing their attack and defense power against enemies in the overworld.

Receive Star Fragments For Achievements

Cooking also has multiple achievements, for which you can earn Star Fragments for. These can be accomplished by making multiple dishes of varying rarities, so don't forget to gather lots of ingredients and try different combinations.

First, find and break minerals in order to obtain Flint. This is essential in cooking and can be easily obtained through mining in the overworld.

Once you've gathered Flint, find the nearest Campfire then light it. Campfires can be found in front of houses and food merchants but you can also craft and place your own via the workbench.

The type of campfire you cook at also affects the number of dishes you can make. The more ingredients you can add, the better items you can create, so keep the quality of the campfire in mind when cooking.

The final dish will vary depending on the combinations of ingredients that you add. Keep experimenting with different combinations until you get a Delicious Dish.
