Griamore (Sword and Shield) is best paired with a shielder, like Elaine (Grimoire), to give increased defense to all characters in your party when they have a shield applied.

Special Move Reduces Enemy Resistance

When using Griamore's (Sword and Shield) Special Move, it reduces the enemy's resistance to ignoring attacks. This can stagger enemies and interrupt them in the middle of their attacks.

Griamore as a Nunchaku User

Applies Shield to Itself For Self-Sustainablity

Griamore's (Three-Section Staff) main selling point is the shield it gains when using his Special Attack based on his Attack Power. The shield grants him self-sustainability as a close-combat physical attacker.

Removes Shield to Gain Increased Attack

When Griamore (Three-Section Staff) removes his shield, it gives him increased Attack Power and Ultimate Damage. This can be done when using his Special Attack and Move.
