You can also buy the Artisan Crafting Bundle I for 360 Star Memory from the shop's Growth Bundle menu. The bundle includes 50 Iron Ingots and can be purchased five times per week.
However this package is not highly recommended to purchase because you will need to use Star Memory, which can only be purchased with real money, and it is much better to farm it in-game.

Used the Iron Ingots to enhance your workbench to a Sturdy Workbench, which requires 8 Iron Ingots. Enhancing your workbench will allow you to unlock and craft new recipes!

You can also use Iron Ingots to craft other useful items on the Workbench, such as Spell Beads!

Iron Ingots are also required for increasing your weapon's tier and upgrade level cap. The required quantity of Iron Ingots may vary depending on the weapon's rarity, so mine any iron ore you come across while exploring!
