Some chests found in many different locations can contain Stone of Power. Below is a list of locations where you can look for treasure chests, you may find different items, but there will be at least 1 chest in each location containing Stone of Power.

You can win Stone of Power by playing Lumberjack Knot, a rope-climbing minigame in the New State Army HQ, and placing 2nd Place in the Castle League difficulty. Each attempt will have it's corresponding fee.
