What are Special Equipment?
Equipmant That Augment Unite Attacks
Special Equipment are items that augment certain Unite Attacks, either adding extra damage, extra effects, or increasing the chance of an alternate Unite Attack occuring instead. However, these items must be equipped on the right characters for the effects to apply.
The only exception to this are the Sunglasses since it's just used to prevent damage from Gantetsu's Flash Attack.
Cosmetics for the Bathhouse
Aside from the speical equipment that's useful for battle, there are also some special equipment that have an item appear inside the bathhouse while equipped. These are purely cosmetic and don't serve any other purpose.
