Location | Path to Matilda |
Viki will appear suddenly as you and your party travel along the Forest Path to Matilda. Allow her to join your army and she will be in the Headquarters.
While Viki and her large mirror can teleport you to any location you've visited before, you need the Blinking Mirror to complete Suikoden 2's fast travel system.
The Blinking Mirror can instantly transport you back to Headquarters wherever you are on the world map.
After you receive the Blinking Mirror, you can activate it from the Key Items section in your items menu. You can only do this when you are in the overworld, even if you on a boat.
How to Get Blinking Mirror and How to Use
In order to get the Blinking Mirror, you'll need to visit a key location from Suikoden 1—the city of Gregminster. You visit Gregminster by passing through Banner Village in Chapter 7.
During your time in Gregminster, you will meet with Toran Republic President Lepant, who will loan you the Blinking Mirror, in addition to the aid of one of the Republic's warriors: Valeria or Kasumi.
From this point, you can use the Blinking Mirror for the rest of the game.
Should You Choose Kasumi or Valeria?

There is a random chance for Viki's teleport to fail, sending you to a randomly selected location in the list above.
Radat Secret Room Items | Other Places to Acquire |
---|---|
Dragon Armor | Armor Shops and Treasure Chests |
Mole Suit | Whack-a-Mole Minigame |
Pale Gate Rune | Cave of the Wind |
Gold Emblem | Guardian Deity Statue |
Mega Medicine | Item Shops and Treasure Chests |
The Secret Room in the Radat Town item shop is only accessible through a teleport failure, and thus has a very low chance of appearing as the destination.
When teleported inside the secret room, you will find chests with several powerful items and equipment. These items are not unique, so you won't miss out on anything if you do not see the secret room.
