Weapon Effect
・Deals additional Fire damage, 1/2 of DMG dealt by direct attack

Permanently Attached Rune

The list of characters above will have this Rune permanently attached to them. Though they will have other rune slots, no other rune can replace the one in the permanently attached slot.

Transmutable Scrolls

Some Runes can be transmuted into Scrolls allowing their spells to be used by any character even without having the Rune itself equipped.
