After you drain the water, follow the north wall, its just before you cross over to the boss from, go north and you'll see the water has drain, there is a chest on the other side of the canal on the north side, then just follow the empty canal and get the rest of your shit you need . Its kinda hard to see where the water drained if you aint looking.
Man, this would have been super helpful. Comments on the bottom of the page, and already saved in new town. Someone add this to the guide as in this guide you do not get the map until chapter 7.
Helpful note here: you can recruit Templeton and get your map immediately after fleeing Muse if you backtrack to Vicktor's fort and then return Toto and talk to him again
