1	Enter the town, then talk to the soldiers guarding the hotel.
2	Go to the harbor and talk to the soldier near the dog
3	Head to Zell's house and talk to Ma Dincht.
4	Talk to the soldier's dog and follow it.
5	Boss Battle Raijin
6	Boss Battle Raijin and Fujin
