The main focus of the build is to have as much defensive stats and effects possible so that you can tank some of Uber Lilith's attacks. This will make the fight easier and more forgiving since you won't need to perfectly dodge every single attack from her.

With that said, the build takes a lot of defensive skills in the skill tree, particularly ones that grant you Damage Reduction. The build uses skills like Flay, Martial Vigor, Aggressive Resistance, Guttural Yell, and Defensive Stance because they all grant some form of Damage Reduction.

Additionally, this build also makes use of Glyphs that grant you more Damage Reduction, specifically Ire, Territorial, and Undaunted. These are excellent glyphs since not only do they provide additional defenses, but it also gives bonus damage effects that synergize well with Hammer of the Ancients.

Moreover, Challenging Shout is an important defensive skill since it significantly increases your damage reduction and your maximum life. Stacking with other bonus defensive stats, using this skill will let you tank some of Uber Lilith's hard-hitting attacks.

How to Beat Uber Lilith

Phase One

Tank the Wave with Challenging Shout

Use Challenging Shout whenever Lilith does her blood wave attack to increase your Life and tank the hit. Although, try to dodge these attacks when possible, especially when the skill is on cooldown.

Use Kick to Apply Vulnerable

It's also important to use Kick to apply Vulnerable on Uber Lilith. Doing this consistently will make the fight go quicker as you deal more damage.

Phase Two

Dodge the Wide Fire Attack and Slam Attack

While this build can take many hits, make sure to use dodge to avoid the wide fire attack and the slam attack. This is because it can still kill you in one hit, despite your high defenses.

Attack Lilith while Tanking Certain Attacks

There are certain attacks you can tank in phase 2, such as the three spiked attack. During this time, attack Lilith while activating Challenging Shout to trade damage with her.

How to Unlock Uber Lilith

Active Nevesk's Blood Sigil in World Tier 4

Players can unlock the Uber Lilith fight by interacting with her Blood Sigil in Nevesk as soon as they reach World Tier 4. Take note that this is the final boss of the current version of the game. Make sure you're at least level 100 and geared up as best as possible before attempting — especially in hardcore mode!

Hammer of the Ancients (HotA) Endgame Variation

Build Summary

This HotA build variation focuses on dealing more damage and less on defensive stats to clear nightmare dungeons quickly. It utilizes the Vulnerable effect to its fullest to deal high damage against difficult Elites and bosses.
