Cyberpunk 2077 has a total of 7 base game endings after the release of the Phantom Liberty DLC. Most of these are missable since 6 out 7 require you to take extra steps before passing the point of no return during Nocturne OP55N1.
Additionally, the new DLC story in Dogtown will have 4 different endings, with each scenario containing unique rewards and interactions that are missable since Phantom Liberty is separate from the base game's Act 3 endgame loop.
How to Get All Base Game and DLC Endings
A lot of the quests in Cyberpunk 2077 will have far-reaching consequences and outcomes depending on how far along you are in the main story. Naturally, this means that many of the unique interactions with characters (and their associated rewards) are missable.
Pay close attention to the decisions you make during each of the quests in the game since they can reward you with unique items, vehicles, and experiences later on in the game.
All Missable Quests and Side Gigs
Iconic Weapons in Cyberpunk 2077 are tied to quests and exploration, rewarding players who seek out their hiding places nestled within Night City. However, due to the sheer amount of Iconic weapons in the game, it is inevitable that some of them will be missed during your playthrough.
Note: A number of new Iconic Weapons have been added to the base game as of Update 2.0. Most of them will be tied to main story quests, incentivizing new and returning players to try out the updated base game before the DLC.
One notable feature of Phantom Liberty's Dogtown is the addition of the Black Market to the game. For a hefty price, players who visit this particular shop will be allowed to purchase any Iconic Weapons or Schematics they may have missed during their playthrough.
What is The Black Market in Dogtown?
Cyberware has taken a more prominent role in the combat meta of Cyberpunk 2077 after the Update 2.0 Overhaul, making iconic variants particularly valuable since they can affect your late game builds if missed.
Missable cyberware after 2.0 will be tied to Ripperdoc inventories across Night City as well as the updated iconic cyberware rewards for some of the early game quests in the base game.
Much like how the Black Market works for iconic weapons, Ripperdocs found throughout Dogtown will also sell any iconic cyberware you missed during your playthrough.
Returning players using existing saves with 100% quest completion will still be able to purchase the missed cyberware, provided they have the Phantom Liberty DLC installed.
Despite the clothing nerf of Update 2.0, the iconic Johnny Silverhand outfit is still considered a missable cosmetic set simply because it requires you to complete optional quests that revolve around the dead rockerboy.
Before heading off to Arasaka Tower (or to the labs in Langley), make sure to grab all the pieces of Johnny's outfit to get the Breathtaking achievement for your playthrough of Cyberpunk 2077.
How to Get Johnny Silverhand's Items
From the finicky choices to get the Quadra Type-66 Cthulhu
during The Beast in Me, to simply stumbling upon Murk Man's Rayfield Caliburn in the Badlands, it is almost guaranteed that you will miss at least one vehicle during your first playthrough.
Thankfully, with the introduction of the Autofixer in Update 2.0, missables of this nature should be less of an issue considering all purchaseable vehicles will be available via El Capitan's online vehicle broker.
How to Get All Cars and Vehicles
V's gender and Lifepath will determine how their interactions pan out during your Cyberpunk 2077 playthrough. Depending on your choices during character creation, your V will unlock and be locked out of certain interactions and romances based on these two defining traits when you start a new game.
V's available romance partners will revolve entirely around the gender you pick at the start of the game. Be sure to confirm all possible romantic partners first and check whether your choice will lock you out of potential relationships later in the game.
