A fishing and shipping town belonging to South Window Principality. Kuskus is famous for hosting skilled blacksmiths and dance shows at the local inn.

Suikoden 2 - Yam Koo Yam Koo ❌ Joins alongside Tai Ho at Kuskus.
Suikoden 2 - Oulan Oulan ✔️ Enter Kuskus with a party comprised of women, and speak with the woman near the entrance to gain access.
Suikoden 2 - Karen Karen ✔️ After defeating Luca Blight and getting your Castle Level to 3, go to the inn at Kuskus and agree to dance with her.
Suikoden 2 - Tessai Tessai ❌ At Castle Level 3, place Viktor in your party and speak to Tessai at the Blacksmith after liberating Greenhill.
