Medicine costs 100 Potch in every available shop where you can purchase it. All shop locations listed above will have Medicine in its wares. Locations marked with ※ signify that Medicine is a rare find and almost always can only be ever bought once in that area.

You can win Medicine by playing Lumberjack Knot, a rope-climbing minigame in the New State Army HQ, and placing 3rd Place in the Army League difficulty. Each attempt will have it's corresponding fee.
